VisioCount


is a contact-free detector system for the counting of blisters in a closed carton. It can replace conventional weighing systems, is entirely free from mechanical problems and completely accurate in its determining of the current situation. A prerequisite for the counting of blisters with VisioCount is the use of aluminium foil. The result is unaffected by packaging inserts or weight tolerances of the carton. The contact-free packaging control technology is furthermore less critical with regard to top speeds in pharmaceutical production.
