Biscuits in Pile

Vertical feeder receives biscuits from vibrating channels, accumulates them into guides and arranges them flat. A side pusher device extracts the desired pre-set number of biscuits from the piles and phases them into the infeed chain of the flow pack machine. Provision for a descent device is made to accompany the piles of biscuits in front of the side pusher.

Dosing system receives products from vibrating channels, separates the pre-established quantity of biscuits by volume and deposits them into a barrette infeed conveyor by means of a phased pivoting discharge system.
